How long do my nails last?
The longevity of the nails depends on the application method:
- 1-2 days: Apply a thin strip of glue from cuticle to tip OR use Nail tabs as provided with the instructions
- 5-7 days: Use a pea-sized dot of glue on each natural nail and a bit on the nails.
- 7-14+ days: Follow the detailed instructions provided on the back of the nail display card.
What does each Nail Kit come with?
Every package includes the ordered set of nails and an application kit featuring:
- Nail glue
- Sticky tabs
- Wooden cuticle pusher
- Mini Nail File
- Alcohol wipe
Where do you ship?
3am Press-Ons currently ship to Canada and USA only - we hope to expand and ship internationally in the future!
What happens if I lose my package?
If a package is lost after being handed over to the carrier, please contact the local postal service as 3am Press-Ons cannot control packages once they are with the carrier.
Are your nails reusable?
Yes! Nails can be reused multiple times depending on their condition. Buff the back to remove old glue and reapply if they are still in good shape.
How do I determine my nail size?
Please refer to the nail sizing chart to find your correct nail size.
What if you don't have my size?
If standard sizes don't fit, choose "custom" and provide your measurements at checkout.
Do you offer exchanges and refunds?
Refunds placed within 24 hours of placing the order can be refunded.
Due to product nature and sanitary reasons, all sales are final due after the 24 hour period. Please verify your order and nail size before purchasing.
Claims for quality, damage, or defects must be made within two weeks of receiving the product.
How long does it take to get my order?
It takes 5-14 days to process orders before shipping - please expect your order to arrive within 3-4 weeks.
