Nail Sizing

Please determine your nail measurements before placing an order with 3AM Press-Ons. 

Option 1: (Recommended)

Our sizing kits includes Apres Gel-X Tips in all sizes of the following:

Shapes: 

  • Almond 
  • Coffin
  • Round
  • Square

Sizes: 

  • X-Short
  • Short
  • Medium

The Card includes space to note your size and a sizing chart with 3AM Press-Ons' standardized sizes (XS, S, M, L, XL). 

Option 2: 

!! PLEASE MEASURE ALL FINGERS FROM BOTH YOUR HANDS AS THERE MAY BE A SIZE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE SAME FINGER ON EACH HAND !!

Step 1:

Place a flexible measuring tape across the broadest section of your nail, ensuring a snug fit your nail's curvature.

Record the width of each nail in millimeters for every finger at the widest point.

OR

Affix a strip of tape over the widest area of your nail, applying pressure to accommodate your nail's curvature.

Remove the tape from your nail and use a measuring tape or ruler to gauge the distance between your markings on each nail (thumb, index, middle, ring, and pinky) in millimeters.

Step 2: 

With your recorded measurements  - using the chart below to determine your nail tip sizing. After recording your nail tip sizing for all of your fingers, use the list to determine your standard size. 

 

  

Standard Sizes (Thumb, Index, Middle, Ring, Pinky):

X-Small: 3 - 6.5 - 5.5 - 7 - 9 (13mm, 10mm, 11mm, 9.5mm, 7.5mm)

Small: 2 - 5.5 - 5 - 6 - 8 (14.5mm, 11mm, 11.5mm, 10.5mm, 8.5mm)

Medium: 1 - 4.5 - 4 - 5 - 8 (15.5mm, 12mm, 12.5mm, 11.5mm, 8.5mm)

Large: 0 - 4 - 3 - 4.5 - 7 (16mm, 12.5mm, 13mm, 12mm, 9.5mm)

X-Large: 00 - 3 - 2 - 4 - 6.5 (17mm, 13mm, 14.5mm, 12.5mm, 10mm)


If your nails do not fall within standard sizing - please select "Custom" when choosing your size and fill out your measurements in the "Order Special Instructions". The measurements should be specified for each finger Left/Right hand: Thumb, Index, Middle, Ring, Pinky

Example:

Left Hand: 16mm, 14.5mm, 15mm, 11mm, 9mm

Right Hand: 16mm, 14mm, 15.5mm, 11mm, 9mm
